Raffi Nasr

STHS Class of 2010. A first-generation Lebanese American, Rafael “Raffi” Nasr grew up immersed in the flavors and hospitality traditions of his heritage. After graduating from St. Thomas, he cut his teeth in the restaurant industry working with the Pappas Restaurant Group before launching his own food truck concept while attending TCU. That early entrepreneurial venture laid the foundation for Craft Pita, which Nasr opened on August 25, 2019, on Fountain View Drive. The fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant quickly earned a loyal following for its made-to-order pitas, bowls, and salads built around authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean flavors. Nasr has since expanded to a second location on Buffalo Speedway, bringing fresh, high-quality Mediterranean cuisine to even more Houston diners.
