Restaurant Name * iUse the official name exactly as it appears on your signage. If you have multiple locations, include the area (e.g., "Carrabba's — The Original on Kirby").

Brief Alumni Bio iA 2–3 sentence summary of the alumnus and their restaurant story. Think of it like introducing them at a dinner party — warm, brief, and memorable. This appears on their alumni profile page. Keep it brief — 2 to 3 sentences max.

Honorary Eagle — not an STHS graduate but closely connected to STHS restaurant families Use for people like Mrs. Doris Greer, Ninfa Laurenzo, or Tony Vallone — not students themselves, but part of the STHS dining family. Leave Class Year blank if checked.

Year of passing iThe year they passed away. Approximate is fine if you're not sure.

Alumni Portrait Photo iA headshot or portrait of the STHS alumnus. This becomes the main image on their alumni profile page. JPG, PNG, or WEBP, under 2MB. JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF — under 2MB. A clear headshot works best.

Your connection to this restaurant * iThis helps us understand who's submitting. Owners and managers can edit the listing directly. Photos

Exterior Photo (Featured Image) iWe recommend a clear photo of your restaurant's exterior or storefront — this becomes the main image on your listing card. JPG, PNG, or WEBP format, ideally at least 1200px wide. JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF — under 2MB. 1200px wide or larger works best.

Exterior Photo Description iBriefly describe what's in the photo. This helps visually impaired visitors and improves your search ranking. Example: "Front entrance of Carrabba's on Kirby Drive at sunset." If left blank, we'll generate one from your restaurant name.

Gallery Photos (up to 8) iAdd your photos one at a time. For each, pick a type, upload the image, and add a short description. We suggest a mix of food and an interior shot, but you're welcome to upload whatever best represents your restaurant.

We suggest: an appetizer, a few entrees with varied proteins, a dessert, and an interior shot — but feel free to upload any photos that showcase your restaurant. Add them in whatever order you like.
