3rd Bar Eating House opened on April 1, 2013 as part of the first phase of George Bush Intercontinental Airport’s new Terminal B, making Bryan Caswell one of the first celebrity chefs to bring a full-service concept to an IAH gate. The menu drew on Caswell’s Gulf Coast seafood work at Reef alongside casual Southern fare aimed at travelers. 3rd Bar closed in November 2019 alongside Reef’s second and final closure, ending Caswell’s first airport venture.
