Opened in 2022, Gatlin’s Fins & Feathers is an expansion of the Gatlin’s brand by STHS alum Greg Gatlin ’98, showcasing his versatility beyond barbecue with Southern seafood and fried chicken. Located on Crosstimbers Street in the Heights, the restaurant serves crispy fried catfish, Gulf oysters, signature fried chicken, and classic Southern sides — all with the same commitment to quality that made Gatlin’s BBQ a Houston institution.
