After earning James Beard nominations and Food & Wine “Best New Chef” honors at Reef, Caswell stepped away from the spotlight for several years before returning with Latuli — a more personal expression of his Gulf Coast roots and Mediterranean influences. The menu celebrates fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, and the bold flavors that made Caswell one of Houston’s most respected chefs.
