Website iYour restaurant's website URL. Include the full address starting with https://. This creates a "Visit Website" link on your listing.

Reservation Link (OpenTable, Resy, etc.) iIf you use OpenTable, Resy, or another reservation service, paste the direct booking link here. This adds a "Reserve a Table" button to your listing card.

Restaurant Description * i2–4 sentences about your restaurant. What makes it special? What's the cuisine and atmosphere like? This appears as the main description on your listing page.

STHS Alumni Connection

Alumni Name(s) * iThe full name of the STHS alumnus connected to this restaurant. If multiple alumni are involved, separate names with commas.

Graduation Year iThe year the alumnus graduated from St. Thomas High School. An approximate year is fine if you're not sure of the exact year.

Brief Alumni Bio iA 2–3 sentence summary of the alumnus and their restaurant story. Think of it like introducing them at a dinner party — warm, brief, and memorable. This appears on their alumni profile page. Keep it brief — 2 to 3 sentences max.

Your Contact Info

We'll create an account for you to manage your listing. This info won't be published on the site.

Your Name * iYour full name (not the restaurant name). We use this to set up your account and address you in correspondence.

Your Email * iWe'll send your login credentials and listing updates to this email. Use an address you check regularly — it becomes your username.

Your Phone Number iA direct phone number where we can reach you. This is private and will never appear on your public listing. Only site administrators can see it. 🔒 Private — only visible to site administrators. Never published on your listing.

Photos

Exterior Photo (Featured Image) * iA clear photo of your restaurant's exterior or storefront. This becomes the main image on your listing card. JPG, PNG, or WEBP format, at least 1200px wide, under 2MB. JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF — under 2MB. Min 1200px wide recommended.

Exterior Photo Description iBriefly describe what's in the photo. This helps visually impaired visitors and improves your search ranking. Example: "Front entrance of Carrabba's on Kirby Drive at sunset." If left blank, we'll generate one from your restaurant name.

Gallery Photos (up to 6) iUpload 6 photos in this order: 1) Appetizer/soup/salad, 2) Entree #1, 3) Entree #2, 4) Entree #3, 5) Dessert, 6) Interior shot. Vary your proteins across the entrees! JPG, PNG, or WEBP format, under 2MB each. JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF — under 2MB each. Order: appetizer, 3 entrees (varied proteins), dessert, interior.

Gallery Photo Descriptions iOne description per line, matching the order of your gallery photos. Example:
