What This Site Is

HTX Dining Guide is a free, community-driven restaurant directory celebrating Houston restaurateurs connected to St. Thomas High School. The Site is an independent project and is not created, maintained, endorsed, or affiliated with St. Thomas High School, the Catholic Diocese of Galveston-Houston, or the Basilian Fathers.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to keep restaurant listings accurate and up to date. However, restaurant details — including hours, menus, phone numbers, and operating status — can change without notice. We recommend confirming details directly with the restaurant before visiting.

HTX Dining Guide is not responsible for any inaccuracies in restaurant listings, nor for any experiences you may have at a listed restaurant. Listings on this site do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

Restaurant Submissions

When you submit a restaurant through our submission form, you agree to the following:

• All information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to submit this information and any photos you upload
• Your submission may be edited for clarity, style, and consistency before publication
• We reserve the right to approve, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion
• Submitting a restaurant creates a user account for managing your listing — see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your account information

Restaurateur Accounts

If you create a restaurateur account (either through the submission form or by invitation), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period.

Photos and Content

By uploading photos or content to HTX Dining Guide, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site for the purpose of showcasing your restaurant listing. You retain ownership of your photos.

You represent that you own the rights to any photos you upload, or that you have obtained the necessary permissions. Do not upload photos that you do not have the right to use.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, contact us at info@htxdiningguide.com with a description of the content and your ownership claim, and we will address it promptly.

Alumni Information

Alumni connections and biographical information displayed on this site are compiled from public sources, submitted by restaurateurs, or provided by the STHS community. We strive for accuracy and welcome corrections.

We may share alumni-related information with St. Thomas High School for the purpose of verifying alumni connections and supporting the STHS community.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HTX Dining Guide to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent restaurant information
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others’ rights
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or restricted areas of the site
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site for commercial purposes
• Interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure

Limitation of Liability

HTX Dining Guide is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the site running smoothly and the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTX Dining Guide shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
